JWM Type (Trapezoidal Screw Type)

Low Speed and Low Frequency

The JWM type (trapezoidal screw type) is suitable for low – speed and low – frequency applications. Its main components are a precision trapezoidal screw pair and a high – precision worm gear pair.

  1. Economical
    • It features a compact structure, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
  2. Low Speed and Low Frequency
    • It is mainly used in places with heavy loads, low speeds, and no need for frequent operation.
  3. Load Holding
    • The trapezoidal screw has an automatic locking function, which can hold the load even without a braking device. However, when subjected to large vibrations or impact loads, the self – locking function may occasionally fail. In this case, an additional braking device is required.

JWB Type (Ordinary Ball Screw Type)

High Speed and High Frequency

The JWB type (ordinary ball screw type) is suitable for high – speed, high – frequency, and high – performance devices. Its main components are a precision ball screw pair and a high – precision worm gear pair.

  1. High Efficiency
    • By using rolling friction, the overall efficiency is improved. Only a small driving source is needed to generate a large thrust.
  2. High – speed Operation
    • Compared with the trapezoidal screw, the speed is greatly increased, enabling smooth and high – speed operation.
  3. Long Service Life
    • Using high – quality ball screws, its working life is increased by more than 3 times.

Notes:
① It has no self – locking function itself. An additional braking device or a driving source with braking should be selected.
