AT-F Flange Input Right Angle Planetary Gearbox-AT-FL

The AT-F Right Angle Planetary Gearbox, especially the AT-FL Series Dual Output Shaft Type, is designed for advanced automation environments requiring high torque, compact structure, and precise servo control. This 90-degree planetary gear reducer combines a flange input, helical bevel gearing, and a high-efficiency planetary gear mechanism, delivering exceptional rigidity and long service life.

The helical bevel gears are manufactured from SCM415 nickel-chromium alloy steel, carburized and hardened to HRC60, ensuring excellent wear resistance and load-carrying capability. This durable construction makes the AT-FL series ideal for high-duty servo motion, repetitive cycles, and applications with large variations in output load.

The AT-F Right Angle Planetary Gearbox offers a wide ratio range, from 1:3–1:10 in single-stage configurations, 1:12–1:100 in two-stage configurations, and extended multi-stage ratios up to 1:500. Frame sizes span 55 mm to 220 mm, providing output torque from 15 Nm to 1600 Nm—versatile enough to support servo motor capacities of 50 W to 15 kW across industrial automation, CNC machinery, and robotic equipment.

The dual output shaft structure of the AT-FL Series Right Angle Planetary Gearbox is especially suitable for synchronized mechanisms, dual-axis drive requirements, and systems that require mirrored or linked mechanical outputs.
